It is the responsibility of the adults staying in the apartment to ensure that children using it are fully supervised. By accepting our Terms & Conditions you accept full responsibility for the safe use by your party (and visitors during your stay) of the staircase and gate.

	APARTMENT 2	IMPORTANT: Your attention is drawn to the fact that the apartment has a balcony and that it is the responsibility of the adults staying in the apartment to ensure that children using it are fully supervised. By accepting our terms & Conditions you accept full responsibility for the safe use by your party (and visitors during your stay) of the balcony, its railings and surrounds
