BOOKING
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. On receipt of the completed booking form and deposit a letter of confirmation of your holiday will be sent along with a copy of an invoice detailing the balance due six weeks before your holiday. The contract is only finalised on receipt by Mrs Greenfield of the balance of the total fees due.
2. If at the time of booking, your holiday booking dates are less than six weeks the full balance is due at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation of your holiday must be made in writing. If the cancellation is more than six weeks before the holiday the deposit paid will be forfeited. If the cancellation is less than six weeks before the holiday the full payment may be forfeited.
4. If due to circumstances out of our control and your booking has to be cancelled by ourselves, the amount already paid by yourselves will be refunded in full.
5. Any changes or amendments to your booking or booking form must be made in writing to Mrs Greenfield.
6. The sum of £100 will be
returned to the lead person in whose name the holiday has been booked as soon as
possible at the end of your rental period in the apartment.
This sum will be
returned in full provided that the apartments are delivered up in our opinion,
in a clean and sound condition at the end of your rental period with no
breakages or damage and upon the return of the Apartment / Building keys for the
Pinnacles to Dolserau, Abbotswell Road, Frogham SP6 2JD (The Address).
The keys will be deemed returned on arrival at the address and not by proof of
posting.
Your rental period will continue until the keys are deemed received in
accordance with these terms and conditions
Compensation may be sought for all damage or for additional cleaning if in our
opinion such additional cleaning is required, with allowances for reasonable
usage during your holiday.
Also for the cost of replacement keys or changes to the locks to the apartments
and to the building if circumstances in our opinion deem such action necessary
The decision as to whether additional cleaning is necessary or whether to deduct
the whole or part of the £100 deposit for the cost of such cleaning or as
compensation for any damage or for lost keys or replacement locks or for any
damage however caused during the term of your rental period shall be decided by
the owners of the Pinnacles Holiday Apartments. Such decisions will be based on
all information available and assessments made at the end of your rental period
or at the time that notification is received of any damage or loss.
Your rental period shall be deemed to continue until the keys are returned as
defined herewith unless agreed otherwise in writing by the owners or one of the
owners of the Pinnacles Holiday Apartments.
Such decisions made by the Owners(s) of the Pinnacles Holiday Apartments will be
final and no correspondence will be entered into on the question of or necessity
for additional cleaning, compensation for damage whoever caused, lost keys or
replacement locks.
In addition if the cost of damage, additional cleaning, lost keys or changes of
locks is in excess of the £100 deposit the owners of the Pinnacles Holiday Apartments
will seek to recover any additional sums from the person in whose name the
holiday has been booked if necessary by issuing proceedings in court.
All damage, requirement for additional cleaning, breakages or lost keys should
be notified as soon as possible to the Apartment Caretaker whose details are on
the emergency contact details situated by the exit door in each apartment.
7. Although there is a washing machine in Apartment 2 there is NOT one in Apartment 1.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION
APARTMENT 1
GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN BED LINEN TO PUT ON TOP OF THE DUVETS AND
PILLOWS PROVIDED. SHEETS FOR MATTRESSES SHOULD ALSO BE BROUGHT. GUESTS ARE
REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN TOWELS
APARTMENT 2
FULL BED LINEN IS PROVIDED ON THE BEDS HOWEVER GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING
THEIR OWN TOWELS.
